JANUARY 2023
            For Sojourners’ January issue, I was asked to illustrate for the magazine’s ‘Living the Word’ section, a contemporary bible study that appears in each issue of the publication.

The art direction, playing off of the bible study from that month, was for what an “illuminated star in the sky” might look like. I was also guided by themes of finding the lightness in the dark and guidance embedded in Natalie Wigg-Stevenson’s writing for the section.
