7x7la erase it, erase it, erase it

        I worked with Hannah Grieco on this exquisite-corpse piece for 7x7la, in which an artist and writer pair up to create a piece for the magazine. Writer and visual artist swap pieces, one at a time, for two weeks. Each image takes inspiration from the writing before, and vice-versa.

The final piece tells the story of a woman who, left home alone while her husband and kids visit her dying mother-in-law, reflects on her strained relationships. Meanwhile, a series of bizarre voicemails force her to re-confront family traumas and forgiveness.
